We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software/applications solely for the purpose stipulated in your service agreement. This license is subject to compliance with these Terms and payment of all applicable fees.

1.2 User Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• For the MDM Application, users are solely responsible for the accuracy of attendance and financial data. Drashti Enterprise is not liable for errors in data entry.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

This section outlines the rules governing all financial transactions related to Drashti Enterprise products and services.

2.1 Payments and Billing

• Payment Methods: We accept payments through secure online payment gateways and bank transfers.
• Currency: All fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Non-Refundable Services: Fees for custom software development, consulting hours rendered, and license setup fees are non-refundable.

2.2 Subscription Fees

• Subscription Period: Fees are charged in advance.
• No Prorated Refunds: Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. We do not provide credits for partial subscription periods.

Drashti Enterprise shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, within the jurisdiction of Rajkot, Gujarat.
